    Some products define a genre and if you want a 15m (50ft) boat that will go through pretty much anything, Targa is the brand you turn to. But this isn't any Targa, this is the approximately £1,, flagship of the range and if its smaller siblings are anything to go by, this could be one of the most capable boats of its size. 

    The boat is available with or without a flybridge, with sterndrives or IPS, and with two or three cabins but the thing that all versions share is a laser-guided focus on practicality and usability. You won't see gimmicks here, this is a boat designed with purpose and that purpose is to be used day in, and day out in whatever weather is thrown at it. It faces stiff competition from some fellow Finns, however, so let's delve into the Targa 46 and see if it's as good on board as it appears to be on paper.

    TARGA 46

    Targa 46 är en kvalitetsbåt med hög komfort. Ni &#;bygger&#; eran båt efter egna önskemål med utrustning, färger, klädsel etc.

    Std layout, har en akterkabin med dubbelsäng, stickkoj och badrum med duschkabin.
    Förkabin med dubbelsäng, stickkoj och badrum.
    Som tillval finns en extra midcabin med nergång från passagerarsoffan i hytten, som har dubbelsäng och handfat/wc som tillval. Stickkojen i förkabinen utgår med midcabin.
    Stor salong med U-soffa runt bordet.

    The flagship of the fleet

    Launched in , the Targa 46 continues the celebrated journey of the Targa 42 and Not only is the T46 bigger than its sister boats, it also features a higher deck that takes lower-deck bekvämlighet to a new height. Thanks to a larger engine room, the 46 can even be equipped with twin Volvo Penta D8-IPSs for breath-taking performance.

    CABIN LAYOUT.  Both the standard fore cabin, featuring a double berth on the starboard side, and the Comfort Fore Cabin (CFC) with an island bed come with a toilet and a small side berth across the hull. Alternatively, you can choose a larger toilet with a shower, replacing the side berth with a spacious storage space.
    For those requiring three cabins, there fryst vatten an option to add a third cabin in the mittpunkt of the boat (picture). In this configuration, the fore cabin features the larger toilet with a shower.
